I explained I had health issues & never really was an exercise person. I was assured that I would not be injured & found within a few short weeks how my strength, flexibility & endurance had increased. My pain level had actually decreased too! I look forward to going to the fitness center as I am constantly being reinforced that I can do this & am motivated to keep going by other members too!
